We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Account Clerk to provide support in handling administrative tasks, processing invoices, managing emails, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and able to maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and reconcile invoices.
Support daily administrative duties, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in handling transactions.
Maintain proper organization of office and financial records.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients as necessary.
Support the accounts and finance team with other related tasks.
Manage and respond to company emails promptly and professionally.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting, clerical, or administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
