Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Account Clerk to provide support in handling administrative tasks, processing invoices, managing emails, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and able to maintain accurate financial and administrative records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and reconcile invoices.
• Support daily administrative duties, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in handling transactions.
• Maintain proper organization of office and financial records.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients as necessary.
• Support the accounts and finance team with other related tasks.
• Manage and respond to company emails promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, clerical, or administrative roles.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
• Proximity to area is key

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
