Job Summary

• We are seeking an Account clerk with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience to support the Account department in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and assisting with financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting records and documentation.
• Post transactions and update ledgers
• Support bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
• Assist with invoice processing, payments, and receivables
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist with basic financial reports and schedules
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of ND in Accounting (required)
• Minimum of 1-2 years relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (Quick book, Sage etc) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.
