A Call for Expression of Interest (Vendor Registration) at Center for Community and Health Development International (CHAD INT'L)

CHAD INTERNATIONAL, as a Women-led National Non-governmental Organization, is sedulously committed to improving the lives of people who have been affected by various forms of conflict or disasters in Nigeria. Operating since 2002, CHAD has seen to the implementation of various support and relief programs across five (5) states within Nigeria: Adamawa, Anambra, Borno, Gombe and Imo. Hitherto, CHAD has gained relevant experience is program implementation in both development and humanitarian contexts. CHAD arrived at the northeast humanitarian scene in 2015, and has since then implemented various lifesaving interventions in sectors such as Child Protection, GBV, Education, Governance and Civic rights and carrying out core activities such as Case Management, Family Tracing and Reunification, Alternative Care Placements, Psycho-social Support, Awareness raising, establishment and strengthening Community Based Networks, Service provision and Supports, Referrals and Sensitization.

To strengthen our efforts, CHAD therefore invites qualified vendors to register with them.

DETAILS OF INVITATION

CHAD International invites all prospective suppliers and service providers (Including current CHAD Int`l suppliers) to apply for registration in CHAD Maiduguri or Gombe state office. This is to enable them get registered and uploaded in CHAD`s procurement/suppliers Database. This is inline with CHAD procurement principle of Transparency, Equal Opportunity and competitive supply. The purpose of the Database is to give all prospective supplier an equal opportunity to submit quotations to CHAD International and to enhance transparency and equity in the procurement processes.

The purpose of this Invitation:

• To pre-qualify and select new suppliers for the forthcoming purchase requirement
• To early identify and verify vendors office, shop or warehouse
• To enter into framework agreement /contract for strategic goods and services and select new suppliers for purchase requirements.

Interested suppliers and service providers are requested to visit CHAD office at No. 4 Musa Sheriff Street, beside INEC office, Damboa Road Maiduguri, Borno State or Federal Low-cost Road, behind GOMSACA Office, Gombe State.

 How to Submit:

Application for declaration of interest should be sealed in an envelope, addressed and clearly marked as follows:

Suppliers comprised of special groups (Women, men, youths and persons with disability are strongly encouraged participate in the registration as suppliers to CHAD International.

Documents required for submission attached to the application forms are as follows:

• Photocopy of Company Registration Certificate (CAC).
• Prove of Business ownership
• Companies Profile
• Photocopy of recent valid tax clearance certificate
• Tax identification Number (TIN)
• Proof of banking (Company Account details)
• Affidavit confirming disability (person with disability)
• Evidence of supply to other agencies or NGO
• Clear physical shop/company address with email and phone number.

Please, note that all interested parties that meet the above criteria, are advised to register before applying.

• Kindly write clearly to us with your company letter headed paper the cost in the format below.
• Meanwhile submit this in a seal envelope and state the delivery duration boldly on the envelope.

Selected Vendors will be contacted for next stage assessment. CHAD reserved the right to close the application on or before the deadline.
