The Business Development Executives identify sales leads,pitch goods or services to new and existing clients and maintian a good working relationships with all clients.
Job Description
Track new business development opportunities, utilizing market knowledge and market intelligence tools to identify projects which are aligned to the company’s growth strategy.
Establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly. Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.
Bringing in new business for the company through a variety of sales techniques; generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
Remain current on sales performance and provide sales reports by providing periodic status reports detailing activity and efforts, as well as win/loss analysis.
Research the market, related products and trends.
Developing short, medium and long term business development targets,
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
Measuring the sales performance vs the goals and defining action plans to increase sales.
Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.
Qualifications
HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing and any related field.
