• HND or first degree with education bias or any other with postgraduate Diploma in education while Masters Degree in the relevant field or postgraduate degree is an added advantage with;
• Ability to properly manage the class by gaining and retaining students’ attention.
• Ability to grow the school by sourcing for students individually or through devised publicity.
• Confidence in presenting the students for external competitors and examinations
• Gifts in extra-curricular activities.
