Project Manager

Location: Port Harcourt

Job Purpose:

The Job holder will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of projects from planning to completion and would ensure that projects are completed successfully within time and budget.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop Project scopes and objectives
- Plan and coordinate resources to ensure optimal execution of Projects
- Assess Project performance and escalate as required
- Perform risk management to minimize Project risk
- Track project process and mange projects
Qualification and Experience
- BSc, MSc, MBA in related field
- Master’s degree is an added advantage
- 6-12 years in similar role
- Not more than 45years
- Must have background in Building Engineering, Architecture,
- Proficient in the use of AUTOCAD
- PMP Certification is important
