Job Description
Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Liaising with walk-in clients wishing to patronize the organization
• Sending out emails to clients wishing to patronize the organization
• Preparing invoice and receipts for clients
• Fielding telephone calls
• Providing monthly reports to the directors
• Marketing of the organization at different for a
• Updating daily tracker to reflect achievement of targets
• Other office responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time

The Person
A suitable candidate must:

• Have at least 2 years cognate experience as a Client Service Executive
• Knowledge of the logistics Service Industry will be an advantage
• Have excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation skills
• Be confident and very well presentable
• Be a good team player
