Plant Head - FMCG at MNC FMCG

Requirements

• Candidate required to heading the plant from FMCG background only for  MNC FMCG client. 
• Candidate qualification should be at least B.E./B.Tech 
• Candidate should have an experience of 15-20 years,out of which should posses the capacity as plant head of 5 years in any good FMCG Company
• Plant Head  will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Proven capabilities of providing visionary leadership to large strategic business units, defining and achieving challenging revenue, growth and profitability targets.
• Adept in leading professional teams and managing all aspects of the business including production,new product development, quality, cost control, procurement, finance, HR and projects.
• Skilled in building customer centric operations capable of capturing market expectations and deliver high growth in intensely competitive businesses.
• Proactive achievements driven manager delivering excellence through strategic decision making, effective communication, coordination, planning & execution.
• Commercial Orientation with good understanding of Business complexities.
• Strategic thinking with exceptional analytical &problem solving skills.
