Infrastructure Network Engineer and IT Operations at Human Edge Consulting

The Role
Reporting to the Managing Partner, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and proposing infrastructure proposals for clients based on their requirements
• Working on various Infrastructure projects for external clients
• Troubleshooting hardware and software upgrades; researches and develops techniques, applications, and emerging technologies for clients or internal consumption
• Providing daily technical support, user support, and technical knowledge to clients when required
• Liaising with third party vendors on repairs and maintenance of all hardware devices where there is a support agreement with client post go live implementation

Job Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Computer Science or any related discipline
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ working experience in a reputable IT firm
• Good knowledge of relevant Hardware/Servers, Networking, Power,  Linux/Windows Operating systems, Storage, Security systems
• Knowledge & Hands on experience working with cloud technology will be an added advantage
