Job Description

• Timely and accurate maintenance of prime Accounting Records
• Payroll Management
• Liaise with The Auditors and The Tax Offices.
• Ensure timely remittance of taxes as well as collection of all receipts and certificates.
• Collection of withholding tax from clients on a per Project basis
• Control daily financial activities
• Project Cost Analysis
• Timely balance sheet reconciliation
• Monthly Cash flow statement
• Preparation of Annual Management Report
• Responsibility for the efficient day-to-day running of the office systems/equipment and premises.
