Job Description

An Operations Manager will be in charge of directing the Company's daily activities. This requires organizing and synchronizing the activities of various officers and departments within the Company and making sure the schedules, meetings and goals of each department work in harmony.

Requirements

• University Graduate
• 5 yrs experience in operations within food industry is a MUST
• Knowledge of Finance, Strategy, Operations, Forecasting and Supply Chain Configuration is essential
• Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying; to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and to monitor/assess performance of other individuals
