Customer Relations Officer at HiiT Plc

Direct Report (DR): Business Manager, Head Customer Care Management.

Role Summary: To satisfy and provide Excellent Customer Care Experience for all Customers/Prospects at all times no matter the mode and medium of Customer engagement.

Job Description

• Resolve all Customer enquiries both online and offline and also do a proper follow up till conversion or resolution when necessary.
• Provide regular feedbacks to DR via Reporting daily, weekly and monthly.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
• Optimal management of the front desk office environment to ensure Customer satisfaction.

Other duties assigned by the Business Manager and Head Customer Care Management.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years' experience in Customer Relations or other similar role
• Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills and be willing to impart knowledge
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office package(Particularly Word and Excel)
• Must be Internet savvy
