SUMMARY: Responsible for Architectural Designs 

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for Architectural Designs
• Responsible for 3 dimensional computer generated perspective views
• Responsible for design & installation of furniture for office & domestic use

Background and requirements

• Education: B.SC / M.SC / PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION
• B.Sc Architecture
• M.E.D Environmental Design (Added advantage)

Professional Certification:

• Architects Registration Council of Nigeria, ARCON – Full member
• Nigerian Institute of Architects, MNIA– Full member
• Nigerian Institute of Management – member

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years work experience in similar position.
• Technical knowledge & cognitive approach to design analysis & implementation
• Must be experienced in detailing
• Ability to multi-task
• Conversant with Autodesk applications ; AutoCAD versions for drafting drawings
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical & organization skill

Skills and Abilities (IT Tools)

Highly proficient in the use of the following:

• CAD Software : AutoCAD, Revit, 3DMax, Adobe photoshop
• Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power point )
• Good command of Language English Language (Oral & Written)
