    Project Support& Operations Manager

    Job Description:

    • Generate budget and ensure it is followed closely
    • Oversee financial audits of all projects of the organization
    • Ensure that all financial reporting is completed on time and submitted accordingly
    • Ensures operation functions of the organisation are run effectively and efficiently
    • Oversee and maintain all operation policies and manuals
    • Oversee program events assuring safe processes are followed
    • Handle facility scheduling: Determines room set up and equipment needs
    • Monitor all accounts receivables and payables for timely receipts and payments
    • Provides quality  control on all operation levels
    • Monitoring and analyzing the current system of production or provision to check its effectiveness, and working out a strategy for improving if necessary
    • Managing day-to-day activities; analyzing   statistics, reading and writing reports.
    • Liaising with other team members, as well as interacting with managers of different areas of the organization, presenting findings to stakeholders and higher management.
    • Training and supervising new employees and tracking and measuring staff performance.
    • Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
    • Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability
    • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI’s.

    Other duties and responsibilities include:

    • Planning and controlling change
    • Managing quality assurance programmes
    • Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
    • Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
    • Overseeing inventory, distribution of good

    Minimum Qualification:
    B.Sc Degree

    Knowledge & Skills:

    Experience:
    4-7 Years
