Summary of Job Function

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead Sunhive’s financial operations. The CFO will drive financial planning, capital raising, risk management, and investor relations while supporting growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Sunhive’s financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for management.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, and liquidity to support ongoing operations and projects.
• Drive fundraising, investor relations, and project financing initiatives.
• Implement strong financial controls, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Provide financial insights to guide strategic decisions and growth opportunities.
• Mentor and lead the Finance & Accounts team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA) required.
• 10–15 years of financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role.
• Experience in project finance, capital raising, and financial management in energy, infrastructure, or engineering sectors preferred.
