Details:

The ideal candidate will develop and administer training programs for employees. He/she will help employees develop skills and knowledge, create training manuals, present in person training sessions, monitor training for effectiveness. Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.

3-5 years experience is required with a minimum of BSc. degree in any field.
