Franchising and Investment Personnel at MINISO Lifestyle Nigeria Limited

Salary Range: 150,000 to 400,000 NGN + Commision

Job Description:

• According to the company's Franchising process and work system requirements to finish the daily franchising work, interview and follow up the potential investors;
• Responsible for searching, developing and following up the potential investors to reach shop opening target.
• Grasp the Franchising market development situation, positive, timely and effectively collect target business investors and introduce Franchising details to the potential investors;
• Using the creative ways to broaden franchising channels and get the potential investors;
• Assist the manager deal with all the department works and report the work situation and propose solutions;

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of investment, franchising and marketing development work experience;
• Good business mind and sense to know how to get the potential investors for priority;
• Good social resources and relationship management with different parties;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and customers development experience;
• MBA or CFA candidates are preferred.
