JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receiving and organizing patients and getting them to see the doctor.
• Registration of new patients.
• Locating of existing patients files.
• Receive and register all phone calls and mails for the clinic.
• Ensure patient satisfaction at all times and report issues of dissatisfaction.
• Co-ordinate customer feedback to management.
• Updating and keeping patients data/records.
• Ensuring effective coordination of front office.
• Ensuring cleanliness and neatness of front office.
• Establish and retain relationships with potential clients and organisations.
• Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of OND
• Good communication skills
• Decent computer skills
• Good people skills
• Patient and mature

PAY RANGE 

20,000NGN to 30,000NGN
