Job Functions
- Monitoring of Data Recovery Centre
- User Support Management
- Handle LAN design, rollout, expansion and fixing
- Provide adequate Network support, troubleshooting and fault resolution to ensure 100% availability.
- Promptly escalate link outages to Providers and team for detailed troubleshooting.
- Handle the deployment, testing and connection of new links to branches and offsite
- Qualification/Requirements:
- OND/HND in Computer Science
- ITIL Foundation, Cisco Network and Security certification
- Excellent communication skills.
