    Tendering/Proposal Lead

    We are recruiting for a Tendering/Proposal Lead to work with our client an international Oil and Gas company in Nigeria.

    Our client is seeking a candidate that can hold tender without an issue. Well experience with proposals and can handle commercial projects.

    Experience:

    • 10 or more years of experience as a Tendering and Proposal Engineer.
    • Background Oil and Gas and an Engineer.
    • Capable of preparing Pre-qualifications, Tendering – Technical & Commercial Submissions, Contract/s Negotiation/Administration, Costing (cost analysis forecasting, budgeting and Change Management).
    • Prepare Project Schedule (Contract Master Scheduling & Low Level Schedule) and Cost Control, Project Progress Measurement (Work Breakdown Structure).
    • Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly report, Manpower histogram, Progress “S”- Curve Preparation and Updating Project Execution Programme.
