Responsibilities
Manage and monitor project execution to ensure the successful completion within approved budget and timelines.
Create, present and implement design concepts according to required specification.
Develop overall design architectural strategy
Execute timely implementation schedules and efficient follow through on deliverables and address issues as appropriate
Build concept plans, designs and design solutions
Qualifications
First Degree in Architecture
Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a related position
Project Management qualification will be an added advantage
A team-oriented attitude, an attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines
Strong written, oral and visual communication skills
Excellent design skills
