Role overview
To build the capacity of primary school teachers to deliver quality teachings using using child-centered methodologies.
Skills, qualifications and experience required
You will have trained teachers on professional teaching methods using learner-centered methodologies to deliver teaching and learning in a developed country.
You have developed training plans, modules, materials and executed plan as agreed successfully in a school district.
Work in collaboration with the monitoring & evaluation manager to develop monitoring tools for collecting routine data that informs the monitoring and evaluation framework
You have conducted a needs assessment in schools and trained other teachers to administer a needs assessment tools
This position is open to international volunteers available and willing to work in Nigeria for the length of this placement.
