Responsibilities

• You will be part of a team that creates and executes designs that span a variety of both traditional and digital graphic design touchpoints, helping to create experiences that are new to the world. You’ll work with a team of graphic designers, UX designers, design technologists, and engineers to interpret some of our concepts and work within the process - journey that brings these products and ideas to life.
• For our internal brand strategy, growing our Brand - Aesthetic digitally and traditionally is important to us. You will work within the design team to come up with smart and beautiful creative content that showcases our brand identity and image both within and outside the Company.
• You are sensitive to the way a brand unfolds across design mediums, including retail marketing communication, in-store graphics, packaging, and digital media.
• You are scrappy, agile, and full of initiative.
• You regularly push your comfort zone to stretch and improve yourself and the work.
• You are highly collaborative, with a proven track record for working within a diverse team to bring its ideas to life.
• You are excited by working with others who may have different experiences and perspectives.

• You are passionate about helping to define and develop new experiences that will change customer’s lives.
• You have a strong design software skills (Adobe Creative Suite) and mastery of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Photoshop

Requirements

• Your resumes should include a link to a current portfolio of relevant design work.
• You must have worked for a minimum of 2 years within a marketing agency (preferably digital) to be considered for this position.
• A portfolio with a breadth of work exhibiting strong aesthetic and design skills
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of brand and visual design
• Strong layout and typographic skills
• Great communication skills, good hand skills
• Work on multiple projects with varying deadlines
• Ability to think spatially, understanding how a brand is consistently expressed and maintained in a physical environment, over time.
• Highly collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
