Market Merchandising Representative (MMR) at Benjamin Michaels Limited (BM)

Job Description

• Re-distribution of BM products for key Distributor in the allocated territory or direct sales from the office where no distributor exists
• Ensuring that daily re-distribution or daily sales targets are met.
• Ensure awareness and visibility of BM products in the assigned territory
• Ensures the achievement of the distributor’s monthly target and payment collected
• Target Pharmacies & Hospitals who buy in small quantity and do less than 5 of our products.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for the actualizationof the drug market target.
• Ensure the profitability and growth of the company's brands in the drug market.
• Conductcustomer &market analysis to ensure that we understand customers’ needs and how best to position our products ahead of the competitors.
• Collect and report competitors’ activities including prices and new competing products introduction
• Increase customer base and servicing of retailers and wholesalers in the drug market
• Ensure effective detailing to retailers and wholesalers in the market thus achieving strong visibility of our products in drug market
• Ensure that there is a strong presence of our products in the market by increasing the reach and most market players to know them by name.
• Provide daily reporting to your manager and the attached Distributor
• Effective use of leave behinds and detailing materials in the market
• Any other role assigned from time to time by the BDM

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND in a Science course
• 1-2 years and at least 6 months Iduomota market experience
