Job Description

• Financial Analysts ensure that Sunvait Network Ltd makes sound financial decisions. As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions.
• A master juggler working of multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges.
• You are both a manager and a mentor, providing financial leadership and analytical support to partners of the core Finance team as well as giving your own team the support they need to become financial gurus.
• You'll keep senior management informed on key financial metrics and work to improve financial operation practices throughout your region.
• Ads Finance provides financial and analytical support and advice to Sunvait Network Ltd’s Global Business Organization. Our work is integral to the operations and strategy of the commercial teams across all of our advertising products. From understanding market and usage trends to exploring the productivity and returns generated by our various investments, the Ads Finance team is an important partner and independent advisor to many stakeholders at Sunvait Network Ltd.
• You're an experienced finance leader who is commercially astute and analytically adept, capable of driving and developing the performance of strategically important acquisitions business.
• A master juggler, working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the detail while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges.
• In addition to this, you'll provide senior level management with insightful business recommendations, and planning and reporting support. You will also lead a team of Finance Analysts while collaborating with a number of other cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful leadership and influence executive-level decision making through deep analytical insight into core business decisions, such as prioritization of opportunities and resource allocation decision support.
• Structure and communicate complex, ambiguous and potentially challenging business issues to advise and challenge the relevant business leadership teams.
• Build a strong network across sales, finance and product leadership, as well building a team of analysts across sales, operations and finance to take on a wide range of analytical and operational questions.
• Leverage Sunvait Network Ltd’s big data to drive scalable analysis of business growth drivers and trends. Craft and present sophisticated quantitative analyses to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Serve as an effective steward for Sunvait Network Ltd's overall and long-term interests, including making resourcing recommendations to drive productivity gains.
• Develop headcount and associated budgets for the GMS Acquisition teams based on optimal resource allocation across markets and channels. Create and cultivate the financial discipline to ensure delivery against these budgets.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of relevant work experience.
• 3 years of experience in a management consulting role.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA, relevant Master's degree (in a financial, quantitive or business-related field) or a professional finance qualification.
• Significant financial and commercial business partnering experience in technology, advertising or media industries.
• Demonstrated success in planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
• Ability to adapt and excel in a constantly evolving environment.
• Excellent leadership, influencing and communication skills, with the ability to create and foster strong cross-functional networks and to manage without authority.
• Effective analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment.
