    Ticketing Officer

    Requirements:

    • Must have minimum of first degree in social sciences, public service, administration or any other related course
    • Must be proficient in Amadeus and Sabre ticketing tools
    • IATA certification will be an added advantage
    • Must be social media savvy
    • Ability to make bookings, reservations and issue tickets
    • Ability to attend to customers under pressure and attend to customer complaints
    • Must be able to interpret fare rules and apply them appropriately
