    Business Development Officer

    We are a reputable company that offers 360 degree event solution services. We seek to employ a competent Business Development Officer

    Job Description 

    • Candidate will be responsible for building new customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals.
    • Create plans to address clients’ business needs
    • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
    • Candidate will serve as the main point of contact for new business development initiatives
    • Identify the potential client’s needs, identify solutions, build proposals, and present it at the various decision-making levels 
    • Identify, Plan and implement service marketing events to promote Monolith service in Nigeria.
    • Responsible to manage clients to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
    • Develop long-term profitable relationships with all clients
    • Manage relationships with existing and new customers

    Job Requirements 

    • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage)
    • 3-5 years working experience is required
    • Not older than 37 years 
    • Strong market research skills
    • Database management skills 
    • Experience within a service rendering organization 
    • Business development experience - a proven track record is a plus!
    • Strong networking skills and confidence in building relationships
    • Proven experience as a Client Relations Officer
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
    • Proficient in MS Office Suites
    • A customer-oriented attitude
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Problem-solving aptitude
    • Ability to work well with a team
    • Ability to develop and implement business growth strategies
