Requirements
Must be computer literate and understand how to manage a business with people skills (soft skills).
Attention to detail, accuracy of work and thoroughness.
Previous experience with a minimum of 10 years in same role. 5 out of these 10 years must have been spent so a major oil servicing company providing drilling and production related services.
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills is a pre-requisite
The ability to work as pats of a leans and lead independently.
Relevant Vocational Trainings are mandatory or Technology/Technical courses.
Certifications in line with position will be an added advantage
Operational experience in supervising coiled tubing, pumping, stimulation and cementing services.
Ability to organize and conduct on the job Trainings for new employees.
