Summary

• Adexen Recruitment is mandated by an international Oil & Gas group to recruit a Punch List Coordinator for an offshore project.

Job Description

• Participate to site walk downs to populate the punch list
• Update punch list with identified and cleared punch items

Commissioning Execution:

• Update the punch list with identified punch items
• Define punch clearance priorities with CSL and CONTRACTOR team
• Follow punch list clearance with CONTRACTOR Construction team
• Approve punch category with CONTRACTOR and COMPANY
• Ensure of consistency of ICAPS punch list
• Issue punch list status weekly report
• Report any non-conformity to the CSL

Reporting and Progress Follow Up:

• Report daily activities to the CSL

Expectations
Minimum Qualification:

• A Technician

Education Level:

• High School or Higher National Diploma or Certificate

Experience:

• 1-3 years in a similar position

Mandatory Competences:

• English / ICAPS /Oil & gas process

Recommended Competences:

• Commissioning

Petroleum:

• Have a basic understanding of facilities / process (from well to export). Be knowledgeable of hydrocarbons behaviour and associated risks (explosion, asphyxia…).

Engineering:

• be able to read and use drawings (P&ID’s, PFD’s, Isometrics, SLD’s), vendor documents (be able to determine tolerance and adjustment figures), name plate and data sheet.
