- Responsible for programme coordinator in the state.
- Data collection, data mining, complilation, verification and sorting.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities.
- To ensure that all completed registration forms are fill accurately.
- To ensure that information of programme registration are kept with confidentiality.
- Submit report on the activities covered and completed in addition met up the organization set target
