Accountant at AFM Recruit

 Description

• The incumbent will oversee and manage the day to day financial accounting services of the company within established guideline.
• Other specific responsibilities include-
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly management reports
• Prepare cash flow statements, income and expenditure accounts
• Manage relationship with Auditors, Banks, accounting representative and other actors.
• Compliance with statutory authority and audit requirements
• Prepare budgets and balance company’s financial records.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Compile and analyze account data.
• Analyze and recommend financial actions and best accounting options.
• Handle related accounting responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc/HND in Accountancy.
• Proven experience with Internal Control in a reputable organisation
• 3-5 years related experience
• Aged between 30 - 38
• Proven work experience, domain knowledge and expertise in accounting and financial management
• Must be computer literate and versatile in the use of accounting packages
• Sound knowledge of Financial Accounting
• Good inter-personal relationship skill
• Excellent in problem solving, analytical and administrative skills
