    FUNCTION: Production Support

    YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3 -5

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Understand the description of Incident / problem ticket that is submitted
    • Analyse the Incident and look for workaround / solution.
    • Root Cause Analysis
    • Initiate closure process

    LANGUAGE: French speaking preferred

    LOCATION: Johannesburg, South Africa
