BSS Lead/Business Analyst

FUNCTION: Solution Design + Business Analysis

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 8 – 12

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Liaising with E2E Business, Process & IT stakeholders and customers
- Define and document E2E business, process & functional requirements
- Obtain sign off on E2E requirement documents
- Conduct E2E functional overview session to internal stakeholders
- Conduct show and tell session to customer for E2E business journeys
- Preparation of training document
- Analyse impacts, coordinate with individual business groups / functions to finalise E2E business scope and business requirements
- Prepare stakeholder matrix and engagement plan
LANGUAGE: French speaking required

LOCATION: Johannesburg, South Africa
