    Business Process Consultant

    FUNCTION: Business Process design

    YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 6 - 10

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Capturing As-Is business scenario and processes
    • Analysing the current situation and benchmarking against eTOM and industry best practices
    • Creating To-Be process framework
    • Building a KPI framework to suit Orange/ZTE requirements
    • Arranging workshops / interviews / meetings with business and operational stakeholders
    • Prepare standard operating procedures

    LANGUAGE: French speaking required

    LOCATION: Johannesburg, South Africa
