    Design Lead

    FUNCTION: E2E Solution design

    YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 8 – 12

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Understanding of E2E As-Is scenario and business requirements
    • Analysing the current E2E processes / journeys and benchmarking against eTOM top to bottom granular levels, and industry best practices
    • Creating To-Be solution architecture
    • Arranging workshops with IT / business stakeholders and component teams to agree E2E journeys and IT solution
    • Liason with all component designers to chart out the overall E2E design, review individual component designs.
    • Prepare / facilitate changes to E2E designs

    LANGUAGE: French speaking required

    LOCATION: Johannesburg, South Africa
