Job Description

• Supervises and coordinates with the Marketing coordinator, Regional sales manager, Sales executives, Supply chain and logistics Manager, Warehouse manager and others.
• Attains a level of efficiency and effectiveness in providing support for the sales & marketing team
• Attains a level of efficiency in the processing of customer orders and act as a point of contact for customers with queries about orders.

Job Requirements.

• Ability to express ideas clearly both in oral and written communication.
• Intermediate to advance Microsoft excel skills
• Excellence in interpersonal skills
• Trustworthiness and diligence.
• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
