Procurement Manager at Platinum Careers

Key Responsibilities

•   Responsible for effective procurement process, asset management, warehouse management, equipment and building maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to Company’s procedure in procurement process.
•  Locate the best sources for Company supplies thus making deals that are cost effective.
• Conduct Inventory Management and Proper data handling of all procured items.
• Make urgent trips to local markets to make purchase for the Company when needed.
• Give daily account on cash spent and ensure the reconciliation of daily float given.
• Establish and Maintain effective relationship with Suppliers.
• Other assignments as may be required from the procurement management office.

• Must be Trustworthy and Accountable in handling Company Money.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skill.
• Ability to work under Pressure and maintain composure.

Key Requirement

• Knowledge of Construction materials, spare parts for small tools and large excavators.
• HND/BSC/B.A
• A minimum of 3 year experience in a Procurement role.
