Operations/Admin Manager at Culminate Consulting

Job Description

• Serve as the Operations Lead for core banking system implementation, aligning system configuration with operational processes and policies 
• Develop and manage a team of well-trained, focused and motivated Banking Services staffs 
• Define and implement new policies and procedures for Banking Services in support of product development / refinement or upon introduction of new technologies and delivery channels 
• Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives
• Analyze operational risks, procedures, work flow and controls on an ongoing basis for continual improvement of operational systems 
• Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources
• Cater to clients’ or personnel’s concerns

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years work experience as operations/admin manager in a financial institution
• Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
• Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office etc)
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
• Leadership and organisational skills
• BS degree in social science or related field
