Responsibilities:

Reports to:  Branch Manager, Abuja
Functions supervised: Sales Team

Summary
The Sales Manager together with Senior Management will be responsible for creating and implementing the sales policy for the organization.

Responsibilities
Maintains client relationships:

• Collects and answers needs, offers advice and assistance
• Ensures the company's commercial development:
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement sales policy and processes
• Develops the client portfolio and turnover
• Analyses sales figures and propose sales promotion and development measures
• Monitors competitors and make suggestions to Management
• Submits sales reports
• Creates a comprehensive weekly sales reporting system
• Escalates complaints in the client tracking program
• Leads the sales team
• Coaches and supports sales executives
• Monitors sales executives activities

Qualification and Experience:

Education and Qualification

• Masters’ Degree in relevant discipline
• Eight (8) – 10 (ten) Years related work experience
• Possess ability to lead a Team
• Creative and result oriented mind-set
• Proficient in sales and marketing techniques
• Proficient in promotional sales techniques
