Assistant Supervisor, Managed Services

Details
- All items require design, installation, configuration, operation, troubleshooting. Operation knowledge alone is not sufficient
- Microsoft certification (Microsoft technology associate) is highly desired for each skill area or MCSA Or MCSD
- This position requires daily interaction with customers and internal teams, therefore, confident, clear and concise written and verbal communication is essential. A strong communicator is a must for this position.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years core IT. Experience in an ISP is an advantage
