Justice , Development and Peace Movement (JDPM) of Catholic Diocese of Oyo is a faith- based, non- profit and non- governmental organization which was established to cater for all people, with emphasis on the poor and the vulnerable irrespective of religion, race, age or gender. JDPM promotes holistic human development and strategic actions against ills of the society towards the realization of a just and egalitarian community through animation, conscientization, awareness, training, advocacy, supports, mobilization and networking. The organization is duly registered with the Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigeria with registration number: CAC/IT/No 22933. The people of Oyo state believes in JDPM and accepts the organization as a Church structure that has consuming passion for human development, with competence and strength to manage interventions as well as openness and love to work with the people irrespective of gender, age and religion

Lead, manage and monitor managerial and accounting functions.
Develop, generate and manage timely accounting reports.
Ensure reconciliation of Bank accounts and other accounts.
Monitor general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables and other records.
preparing balance sheet and budget reports.
Monitor and manage the monthend accounting processes.
Monitor monthend reports, schedules, payments and receipts.
Create and monitor an effective internal audit system.
Ensure timely completion of audit.
Manage absenteeism, performance, payroll and other related issues.
Maintain, update and monitor inventory records.
Ensure compliance of all accounting processes to that of the organization’s goals.
Education/Experience Requirements
A successful candidate must possess a Master Degree in accounting or a related field plus at least 35 years of professional micro financing experience. Skills
Managing Director should have a vast knowledge in Micro financing procedures, practices and principles, possess superb supervisory skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and advancedlevel mathematical and computer skills for complex numerical computations or reports.
