We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of key client projects. 

Job Duties

Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Project manager should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.

Daily tasks include:

• Overseeing the management of facilities, e.g. checking event bookings and allocation of resources/staff. Managing the food and beverage provision for functions and events;
• Supervising catering and waiting staff at functions;
• Organizing, leading and motivating the catering team
• Budgeting and establishing financial targets and forecasts;
• Monitoring the quality of the product and service provided;
• keeping abreast of trends and developments in the industry, such as menus or trends in consumer tastes
