Data & Performance Analyst at IPI Power Tech Nigeria Limited

Job Description

• The Data & Performance Analyst will manage the functions of passive infrastructure network surveillance/monitoring escalation, complex data analysis and reporting to ensure target KPIs for infrastructure availability are met and maintained.
• Effective monitoring of the entire IPI managed network infrastructure
• Ensuring that all infrastructure incidents, trouble tickets, outages and performance alerts are detected on time and logged/documented
• Timely escalation (horizontally and vertically) of all shift detected incidents to field team by way of call-outs
• Generating operational shift reports and updates for analysis, reporting trends to predict future occurrences
• Notifying client and third-party service providers of issues, outages, remediation status and service plans
• Carry out a detailed analysis of causes of faults resulting in downtime
• Generate timely report based and faults analysis and proffer solutions accordingly
• Preparing and presenting operations performance analysis using charts

Requirements
Suitable candidate must possess the following requirements:

• First Degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferably
• Between three (3) to six (6) years experience in the Telecoms industry
• Field Operations and Network Operating Centre (NOC) experience is required
• Ability to carry out complex analysis using MS Excel (Very important)
• Proficient in the use of Affectli software
• Proficient in the use of other MS Office tools
