Legal Services Manager at Michael Stevens Consulting

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation & Review of all contractual agreements for the company
• Organize all statutory meetings, board meetings, audit committee, annual AGM
• Ensure the Company compliance with relevant corporate governance
• Monitor and document all reports, records books of company secretariat
• Liaising with SEC and coordinate all disputes and reconciliations
• Be abreast of relevant legislation and minimize litigation

Requirements

• We are urgently in need of a Legal Services Manager with 5-8 years working experience in a corporate organization.
• The ideal candidate must not be more than 35years of age with good understanding of Corporate governance.
