- Candidates must have HND or B.Sc from any recognized tertiary institution;
- Candidates must have good communication/writing skills;
- Candidates must be able to give accurate reports on events;
- Candidates must be honest and must be able to work with little supervision;
- Candidates with working experience will be an added advantage
- Age: 20-40 years old
