    Business Manager

    Reports To: The Business Manager directly report to the CEO and Director of Commercial Marketing and Sales

    Job Description
    Job brief:

    • We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead business and marketing growth and oversee the work of employees in our company. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.
    • The ideal candidate must be well-versed in business and marketing strategy as well as been a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture and core values
    • With our focus on business expansion and sustainable growth, the goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company’s activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
    • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
    • Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    • Maintain relationships with partners/clients/corporate brands
    • Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
    • Pitch UMS Group services to individuals, brands, corporate organizations and potential clients and partners
    • Help the organisation in ensuring sustainability of our corporate offices with more focus on business exposure and expansion

    Skills required

    • Good business and marketing sense
    • Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
    • Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks
    • Proven experience as business manager or relevant role OR evidence of passion for result and action-based delivery
    • Strong client management and people skills
    • Proven success in sales ability and demonstrate full knowledge of sales process
    • Good communications skills, both writing and verbally
    • To be self-motivated but able to work as part of a team
    • Good organizational and time-management skills
    • A positive attitude
    • Good negotiation skills and persuasiveness
    • To be an effective leader
    • Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
    • A smart appearance and professional manner
    • To enjoy networking and meeting new people

    Training & Entity Features:

    • Regular training in Digital Media Marketing, Graphics designs and other necessary tools to aid he successful candidate in delivering business operational success
    • Adequate Training on how to market, pitch Web, Mobile, Multimedia, Digital, Individual & Corporate Training solutions
    • Working with young, creative and Dynamic team of professionals
    • Exciting working enviroment
