Job Description

• Manage production of entire plant and maintain the plant and utilities
• Maximum product with quality specs
• Maintain minimum down time in production utilities equipment
• Trouble shoot and debottleneck
• Ensure zero off-spec and waste generation
• Planning online real time spare parts availability
• Manpower planning and handling
• Ensure dept follows EHS norms
• Maintain and record statutory regulations
• Set up process control standards and guidelines
• Setting up SOPs and follow them
• Production standards/ratios to be fixed and maintained

Requirements

• Experience - Minimum 10-15 years, about 8 yrs in PET resin environment and production environment.
