    Executive Assistant

     

    Responsibilities:

    • The Executive Assistant will assist the Chairman in organizing and maintaining files and records.
    • You will Work directly with Personnel and Office Services on project basis, as needed.
    • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments

    Qualifications & Personal Qualities

    • Background in Economics or Law will be preferred.
    • In-depth knowledge in finance is strongly required.
    • Able to set priorities and judge priorities in terms of Chairman’s needs and time.
    • Have minimum of 2years experience in a consulting firm
    • Foreign degree/Overseas exposure is an added advantage
    • Working knowledge of Hausa will be strongly considered.
