Promote customer care and help resolve queries of the customer in an ethical and informative way
To develop rapport with the customer base, greet by name, have knowledge of account ownership.
Maintain position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customers business confidential.
To follow code of business and ethics and other related policies, maintaining ethical and friendly behavior at all times.
Be responsive and timely with correspondent and problem resolution displaying a
A Degree or in English, law, political science, international relations or related discipline from a reputable higher institution. .
Must not be more than 27 years
1 - 2 yrs experience needed
Must have excellent communication skills, very fluent, conversant, cheerful and tolerant.
Ability to work to tight dead lines
All positions are based in our Lagos and Uyo offices. Subsequent publications will be for our Warri and Bayelsa offices.
