• Maintenance of petty cash
• Maintenance of supplier's accounts Maintain general financial records Facilities administration
• Inventory management
• Reconciliation of bank statement
• Process payroll
• Responsible for weekly income and expenses report
• Responsible for monthly management accounts
• Responsible for annual financial accounts
• General filing and administrative duties

Skills/Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in accounting
• 1-2 years of working experience in related field
• Must be versatile in the use of MSWord and Excel
• Ability to use accounting software
• Good communication and organisation skills

Performance Indicators:

• Production of relevant reports when required
